EARTHNOWA
“Asnowa” of the Asnowa Group.
“As” stands for “earth” and “tomorrow” (“the future of our children”), and
“wa” means circle of friends and cycles.
Our dream is to create a prosperous region, nurture a new society, and create a system to protect the earth’s environment.
To that end, we will create a lot of friends.
If you have friends, you can do anything. You can enjoy anything.
Together with our colleagues, Asnois will connect the circle of hope for tomorrow and take on
the challenge of social issues.
Asnowa’s Initiatives
For the past 70 years, this company has been dedicated to recycling wastepaper into new paper. Today, they handle various recycling operations, from collecting, transporting, and disposing of industrial and general waste, to processing recycled resources and confidential documents, and managing the KOSHINOWA recycling station.

When disposing of documents or information devices like personal computers, it’s dangerous to discard them as is, since they contain sensitive information like personal details. At Koa Shoji, they safely dissolve, crush, and erase such highly confidential documents and equipment, subsequently recycling them as raw materials.

In various regions of Japan, the number of agricultural workers is declining, and the amount of abandoned farmland is on the rise. Asnova rents these abandoned farmlands from local residents and revitalizes them through cooperative farming efforts. Individuals with disabilities have become producers, cultivating delicious vegetables. Naturally, the vegetables they grow are delivered to the local community.
