All Dreams Cambodia is committed to sustainability in all areas, especially regarding the environment, our destination, its culture and traditions. We engage strongly in sustainability and work towards this goal with our partners, our suppliers and through the products we choose. We also give this good example in our working places, like our offices. With our sustainability policy, we want to encourage our clients to follow our guidance.

• Choose carefully suppliers and services who agree and act according to our Sustainability Policy

• Make sure that local communities are benefiting from our actions in a positive way

របៀបដែលយើងធ្វើវា​ / How we do it

ក្រុមហ៊ុនរបស់យើងមានគោលការណ៍ធ្វើដំណើរដែលត្រូវបានអនុវត្តចំពោះបុគ្គលិកទាំងអស់។ នៅក្នុងគោលការណ៍ធ្វើដំណើរនេះ យើងជូនដំណឹងដល់បុគ្គលិកអំពីបទប្បញ្ញត្តិសម្រាប់ការធ្វើដំណើរទាក់ទងនឹងក្រុមហ៊ុន។ យើងនឹងពន្យល់ពីការចំណាយណាដែលយើងនឹងសងវិញ និងរបៀបសងប្រាក់វិញ។ យើងក៏នឹងផ្តល់ការណែនាំបន្ថែមដល់បុគ្គលិករបស់យើងដើម្បីតាមដានការចំណាយរបស់ពួកគេឱ្យបានត្រឹមត្រូវនៅពេលធ្វើដំណើរ។

Our company has the Travel Policy which is applied to all employees. In this travel policy, we inform the Employees about the provisions for company-related travel. We will explain which expenses we will reimburse and how. We will also give more instructions to our employees to track their expenses correctly when traveling

បរិស្ថាន / Environment

• We use refillable bottles during our tours and in the office we reduce the use of water to a minimum. We are not using plastic bottles in the offices

• We have written contracts with all our suppliers such as homestays, hotels and transportation companies, describing our conditions for a friendly environment

• We are strict in selecting our partners and suppliers and make sure they are local community friendly

• We have a strict “No Child Labor” policy and condemn and prohibit human trafficking and sex tourism

• We support sustainability projects e.g. in schools and in communities

• We organize special incentives and celebrations for our staff and create thus a friendly and positive working environment in our offices.

• Support the income of locals, like introducing homestays and using locally owned services, for a better development of the local economy

Hereunder some samples of implementations to reduce carbon emissions during a tour.

ការដឹកជញ្ជូន / Transportation

• នៅពេលណាដែលអាចធ្វើទៅបាន យើងកំណត់ជើងហោះហើរក្នុងស្រុក ហើយប្រើប្រាស់ការផ្ទេរតាមផ្លូវគោក ហើយយើងក៏នឹងលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់ការធ្វើដំណើរតាមរថភ្លើង ឬឡានក្រុងសាធារណៈផងដែរ។
• Whenever possible, we limit domestic flight and use the transfer by road, and we will also encourage the trips by train or public bus.
• យើងតែងតែប្រើប្រាស់ និងលើកកម្ពស់ការដឹកជញ្ជូនក្នុងស្រុក ពួកគេកាត់បន្ថយការបំភាយឧស្ម័នកាបូន ប្រាក់ត្រូវបានប្រគល់ជូនប្រជាជនក្នុងតំបន់វិញ ដោយហេតុនេះធ្វើឱ្យសេដ្ឋកិច្ចមានភាពប្រសើរឡើង ហើយដោយសារវាកាន់តែមានភាពពិតប្រាកដ វាអាចត្រូវបានចាត់ទុកថាជាបទពិសោធន៍ដ៏ទាក់ទាញមួយ។
• We always use and promote the local transport, they reduce carbon emissions, the money goes back to the local population, thus improving the economy and as it is more authentic, it can be viewed as an attractive experience.

• We sensitize our clients to save energy by turning off lights, TV, air-conditioning when they leave the room, to reduce the amount of water they use (showers, taps), to reuse their towel and bed sheets.

• We check with the hotels what they do for a responsible environment, if possibly they are certified Planet 21, and use those who are more in line with our Sustainability Policy.

សកម្មភាព / Activities

• យើងលើកកម្ពស់សកម្មភាពដែលមិនមានផលប៉ះពាល់ដល់បរិស្ថានដូចជាការឡើងភ្នំ ជិះកង់ ជិះទូកកាយ៉ាក និងជៀសវាងសកម្មភាពដែលទាក់ទងនឹងការកេងប្រវ័ញ្ចសត្វ (ឧ. ដំរី) ឬសហការជាមួយអ្នកផ្តល់សេវាដែលគួរឱ្យទុកចិត្ត ដើម្បីការពារសត្វ។
• We promote activities which have no impact on the environment like hiking, biking, kayaking and avoid activities which are related to exploiting animals (e.g. elephants), or cooperate with trusted providers, protecting animals.

• We choose our partners and suppliers that are state/fiscally registered and who are in line with our Sustanability Policy.

• During our excursions and tours we seek the exchanges between the local population and our clients.

• We select well the activities and make sure that we do not involve in any development of the activities that are antitrust violations or unfaire competition.

• The history and the culture of the local people is of utmost importance for our guides and they will always put this high on their agenda.

• They will promote the purchase of local crafts and products, as it brings income to the local communities, thus supporting the local economy, and is also a more authentic souvenir to bring home.

• They will abstain of promoting industrial and foreign good.

• We us refill water bottles, upon arrival the clients are receiving each one.

• We are using no plastic bags.
• យើងលើកទឹកចិត្តអ្នកជក់បារីឱ្យប្រើថាសបារីតាមហោប៉ៅ។
• We encourage smokers to use pocket ashtrays.
• យើងនិយាយថា ទេ​​ ចំពោះការប្រើប្រាស់បំពង់បុឺតប្លាស្ទិក នៅបេលទិញភេសជ្ជះ
• We order drinks saying “NO” to straws.

ការជាវប្រកបដោយនិរន្តភាព / Sustainable purchasing

• យើងប្តេជ្ញាថា គ្រប់ការជាវរបស់យើងទាំងអស់​ គឺជាវផលិតផលដែលចូលរួមកាត់បន្ថយផលប៉ះពាល់បរិស្ថាន សង្គម និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច។
• For our purchases we commit ourselves to reduce the environmental, social and economic impacts.

គោលការណ័ជាវតែផលិតផលដែលអំណោយផលដល់បរិស្ថាន / Environmentally preferable purchasing policy

• ដើម្បីកាត់បន្ថយផលប៉ះពាល់អវិជ្ជមានរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុនយើងទៅលើបរិស្ថាន យើងតស៊ូមតិគាំទ្រការច្នៃប្រឌិតនៅក្នុងទីផ្សារ និងកំណើនប្រកបដោយចីរភាព និងមានទំនួលខុសត្រូវ។ ការទិញផលិតផលរបស់យើងគឺផ្អែកលើការសម្រេចចិត្តបញ្ចូលគ្នានូវលក្ខណៈវិនិច្ឆ័យសង្គម និងសីលធម៌ រួមជាមួយនឹងគុណភាពល្អ សេវាកម្ម និងថ្លៃដើម។
• To reduce our company’s negative impacts on the environment, we advocate innovation in the market place and sustainable and responsible growth. The purchasing of our products is based on the decision to combine social and ethical criteria together with good quality, service and cost.

• យើងកំពុងប្រើប្រាស់ផលិតផលដែលកាត់បន្ថយការបំពុលខ្យល់ និងទឹក ហើយយើងព្យាយាមជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ដើម្បីកែលម្អកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់យើងក្នុងការលុបបំបាត់សារធាតុដែលអាចបង្កការខូចខាតដល់បរិស្ថាន និងអាកាសធាតុ។
• We are using products that reduce air and water pollution and we continuously try to improve our efforts in eliminating substances that can cause damage to the environment and to the climate.

• Any products or goods that may pose a threat to our environment, health or safety will be avoided.

• In order to assure that the above sustainable policy is fully respected, employeesare strictly forbidden to accept commissions or gifts from suppliers, customers,brokers or competitors of the Company. Such bribery , or “grease payments”, arenot acceptable, irrespective of the local culture. Any Employee violating this rule issubject to lead to a disciplinary action.
